وبلاگ پویا: تحریم یا شرکت، مسئله این نیست!

موضوع معرفی میرحسین موسوی برای انتخابات ریاست جمهوری کم کم جای خود را در وبلاگ ها باز می کند و بحث هایی شبیه آنچه که پیش از انتخابات مجلس هفتم بود در می گیرد. نظرها هم بیشتر بر تحریم یا شرکت در این انتخابات است. طبیعتا این موضوع شرکت یا تحریم به خیلی از اوضاع داخلی بستگی دارد و بیشتر از همه به مردم.

این نامعلومی از آنجا سرچشمه می گیرد که مردم ما از تشکل های مدنی خودشان محرومند و هنوز به صورت توده ای و دست جمعی اقدام می کنند. مثلا در دوم خرداد اینکه برنامه ی آقای خاتمی واقعا برای اصلاحات چیست مهم نبود. مهم راهی بود که برای جلوگیری از یکپارچه شدن قدرت مافیای سیاسی و اقتصادی باز شده بود و امید به کمتر شدن محدودیت های اجتماعی. این امید در انتخاب بعدی خاتمی هنوز بر قرار بود. بی آنکه هنوز برنامه ای برای اصلاحات ارائه شده باشد. حتی متفکران اصلاحات نمی دانستند برنامه شان چیست. آقای خاتمی در جایی تغییر قانون اساسی را خیانت نامید. در حالی که حتی بسیاری از خود اصلاح طلبان چنین ضرورتی را دیده بودند.

این امیدهای مردم در انتخابات شوراها به نا امیدی کامل کشید و نتایج مجلس هفتم را هم که می دانیم. اما این هم که اگر در انتخابات شرکت نکنیم پس «آنها» همه چیز را قبضه می کنند به نوعی ساده کردن شرکت مردم در تعیین سرنوشتشان است. من فکر می کنم موضوع چیزی فراتر از شرکت یا تحریم است. موضوع اصلی آگاهی مردم به حقوقشان است و اهمیت رائ شان. این را در نظرخواهی وبلاگ الپر نوشتم، بدون کمترین توضیح بیشتری که شاید بماند برای فردا:

« من فکر می کنم اینطور رای دادن به موسوی یا هر کاندیدای اصلاح طلبان همانطور ساده انگارانه است که بعضی فکر می کنند با تحریم می توانند تاثیری بگذارند. به نظر من باید سعی کرد از طریق افکار عمومی و روزنامه های باقی مانده اصلاح طلبان و کاندیدشان را مجبور کرد که برنامه ارائه کنند. چه می خواهند بکنند؟ تمام دلایلی که شما آوردید این بود که از بد بدتر نشود. این درست است اما همین بی برنامگی و روزمرگی هم موجب شد که جنبش دوم خرداد را عقیم کنند. نتیجه اش بی تفاوتی و بدبینی مردم. پای صندوق رای رفتن وقتی تنها راه است خوب است اما مردم باید کم کم عادت هم بکنند که برنامه بخواهند و رایشان احترام داشته باشد. نه اینکه با پشتوانه 22 میلیون رای، مردم را به خانه بفرستند و چانه زنی کنند. به نظر من مردم با تجربه دوم خرداد می توانند از کاندیدای احتمالی اصلاح طلبان برنامه و مسئولیت بخواهند. این گونه صحبت کردن از رای دادن و شماتت مردم که چرا در شوراها رای ندادند کوچک کردن نقض اصلاح طلبان در عقیم ماندن جنبش 2 خرداد است. البته اگر کار به تایید آن کاندیدا بکشد که من زیاد خوشبین نیستم. »
